Pick up or delivery

Collect from Totara Vale any time after 1pm - the afternoon before your hire day is fine. Delivery within about 30 minutes is available for an extra fee.

Get the job done

Use the gear. Return it clean and in the same condition. Bond released on return. Half day, full day, weekend, weekly - whatever suits your job.

Pickup and returns are after 1pm - and you can collect the afternoon before your hire day.

Answers to what you need to know about hiring from HireFix

Do I need any experience to hire?

Most equipment just needs common sense. For more technical gear like the pressure washers or generators, Dean will walk you through it at collection. If you're not confident, just ask.

Can I extend my hire period?

Yes, in most cases. Just give us a call before your hire period ends and we'll sort it out — as long as the gear isn't booked by another customer.

What if the gear breaks down on the job?

Call us straight away. If it's an equipment fault, we'll sort a replacement or refund. We do not charge for mechanical failures that aren't caused by misuse.

Do you deliver to my site?

Yes, within roughly 30 minutes of Totara Vale, North Shore. Delivery and pickup is available for an extra fee. Ask when you enquire and we'll confirm if we cover your area.

How do I return the equipment?

Bring it back to Totara Vale after 1pm, clean and in the same condition you got it. Bond is released on return. We can also arrange pickup for a fee.

Can tradies set up an account?

Not yet, but it's something we're looking into for regular customers. For now, just get in touch each time — the process is quick and we'll recognise your name.

Can I talk to Dean?
